Oya offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including other terms and conditions we reference here and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.
Orders
You must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information when submitting an order so that we can process your order. When providing payment details, you must make sure the payment details are completely valid and correct.
All sizes are based on standard European shoe sizing, and we attempt to keep this as consistent as possible. We try to ensure the colours of our products that are shown on our website are as accurate as possible. However the actual colours you see will depend on your display screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
We work hard to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on our website are correct at the time of website entry. If product information has been incorrectly published, we reserve the right to refuse orders.
All orders are subject to availability. Should we encounter a stock discrepancy, your order may be cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise if this is the case, and to confirm your order has been refunded. Items in your shopping basket are not on hold and may be purchased by others.
Payment and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB, as well as PayPal. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, Oya will not be held responsible for any non-delivery. We do not hold any payment details on record.
Sales made using Afterpay are subject to these Terms of Service, like any other payment method.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us. See our full refund policy here:
All sale purchases are eligible for an exchange or credit note within 7 working days of delivery. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@oyafootwear.com
International Purchases
The final price for international purchases will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. A slight price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. Once an order is sent, Oya is not responsible for any charges, taxes or duties incurred at the receiver’s end, as this can vary between countries. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any region or jurisdiction.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal details provided will remain with Oya and only be used for us to conduct our business. We only collect information that is needed for us to carry out the services we offer. Your credit card information is not stored by Oya. We do not sell or trade your personal information. We do use other companies to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages and processing payments. If you provide a product review or comment or share photos wearing our product, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction copy, publish or distribute or otherwise use these in any medium. We may edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Harassment in any form on the site, including by email is not acceptable.
